As I said in that thread popular politicians should stump for candidates, especially those in tight races and those looking to unseat Republicans.Turns out, a savvy politician can focus on 2018 while also setting gears into motion for 2020 (this isn't limited to Bernie either; Harris, Booker, Gillebrand and Warren have all been setting things up too).

What are you doing locally?Just like politicians can put focus on the short term while strategizing for the long term, we too can look at short and long term ramifications for what people are doing. It's not even complicated since the topics are intertwined and will likely inform each other (ie: what issues swing polling).
