Actually they got vlackballed becaused there where wild nikkas. Bizzy was always in some shyt...krayzie was krayzier..Flesh was the wildest. The wrecked almost every studio..wilded out backstage at award shows. Once Pac recruited them it really got crazy.
I seen one of they dvds where them nikkaz was play fighting in the booth knocking shyt over:mjlol:

Or maybe them nikkas realized they ran out of shyt to rap about after 1997 and have been running on fumes ever since. Even in their glory days, the production carried them.

Gotta be the most overrated group in hiphop.

Barbershop quartet ass nikkas :scust:

95% of this board isnt aware. I dont think its generally known PERIOD

Those blindly defending hip hop have failed to stop and ask themselves what the overall benefits of hip hop to us as a people are..what are we getting from this thing.

we argue about the negatives, but what are the positives in hip hop for us a collective people?

Apart from nodding your head and shaking your ass, what does hip hop give us?
Because the only people benefiting are those directly earning from it, and they're 0,000001% of us. So what is it worth really. To me the negatives far out weight the positives and that means we can dump it like bad stocks and shares.

complete bullshyt, Bone have more die heard fans around the world than Wu. Bone was just as big if not bigger than all the artists you mentioned except Snoop. bigger than BIG worldwide, way way way bigger than Jay, especially in that era.

I think it was more about the bottom line than it was an agenda. The "Thuggish Ruggish Bone", "Foe The Love of $", "1st of the Month" Bone was the iteration of the group that made Ruthless a lot of money. In any business, an attempt to change the formula that made a product successful is going to be met with resistance.

And it's not just with Hip Hop or our generation. Marvin Gaye was told that What's Going On wouldn't be successful because that's not what people wanted from him. He proved them wrong.

And there are still people (Black) who dont believe hip hop is basically mind control and its message is used effectively to promote laziness and ignorance among Black youth.
:heh:
I can't believe there are people walking around that actually believe this.
You really think there are people that pass up money just to "brainwash black youth"?

That shyt doesn't even make sense…we are only 13% of the population…what is there to be scared of?
You do know more white people listen to rap right? If the shyt was programming people "they" wouldn't let their kids listen to it.

Why hasn't Tariq Nasheed been shut down? The main way he sells his DVDs is via Amazon…which is owned by a Jewish man…
…why aren't they shutting that shyt down when its like #5 in DVD sales (when it first comes out)?

Truth is…people in the money game don't care about what you think or do…as long as you buy.

Where? I've lived in Europe for 20 years and I might have seen 2-3 ads for Bone concerts when the Wu stays touring in Europe, as a group or as individuals. Bone was not bigger than BIG or Jigga breh, they had ONE hit single that had bigger mainstream success than those but that's about it really...post Crossroads they were really just followed by some HH heads.

LMAO @ 1 hit single.

Thuggish Ruggish Bone
Love Of Money
1st of tha Month
Look Into My Eyes
Teach The World
Shoot Em Up

That's just their own tracks and off the top of the dome. We ain't talked about their collaboration tracks, Mo Thug or singles.

At their peak EVERYONE wanted a track with BTNH and I know it may sound strange but those dudes were as hot as 50, Wayne and whoever else you can look at who had "a run".
