Finished episode 8 and I think season 1 was better. Hopefully it gets better. I knew from the moment we saw the therapist that she was going to get fukked by Russo. Chick is playing a dangerous game. Still not understanding what the deal was with the crazy Christian dude.

Season is good. But not on the level of Season 1. It's a completely different beast. Season 1 was more contemplative and nuanced and really dug deep. Season 2 feels like an issue of punisher max, which is dope in its own right The action is top fukking notch and its bloody as hell.
The stuff with the crazy dr was predictable and
though. Ddin't like that subplot at all. Especially because it ultimately serves no purpose in the end.
All the stuff with Punisher and Billy worked and even Punisher and Krista. But a few of the other subplots didn't really line up or go anywhere compelling.
Like I said, good season, but needed some kinks ironed out to make it a great one

It could've been dope but it just felt so disconnected from everything else. I love the idea of Krista and what she represented for Frank and what he represented for her, but they didn't do the narrative work to get it there. There was probably a way to tie Krista into the Billy narrative or at least make that subplot better. Because every scene with Krista and Frank was dope as hell. Especially their last scene.
