Honestly man.... no one knows.

Some things are being said publicly while there are many other things going on behind the scenes.

To a degree, we just gotta take things at face value till more info is released

Unfortunately this reminds me of the Rome situation...

Rome was a HBO/BBC co-production and when the BBC wanted out, the show abruptly ended...

If Disney/Marvel want out Netflix has no choice to pull the plug on The Punisher...

I can't see Netflix cancelling for any other reason than that...

Wait a minute??? HOLD UP??:what:

THATS WHAT HAPPENED TO ROME??

BRUH!!!!

I NEVER KNEW THAT shyt.

I thought that show was great, never understood why it was cancelled and buried like it never existed under the HBO library. Like a lot of their old shows still gets love or a shout out from time to time but no one ever mentions that.

Wow! Rome was my shyt!!!:beli:

it wasn't even promoted, like if it wasnt for the coli i wouldn't even know it was released on the 18th. Netflix usually hypes up what there dropping and then its right at the top when you sig in

Dude those shows were netflix originals meant to draw viewers to the service. They are not going to produce any more of them knowing they are now in direct competition with the parent company You have to think ahead. From when this was announced that Disney was making a stand alone app most people saw it coming. I'm not sure how you didn't. When the shows were originally made Disney was not in the netflix arena. Netflix is protecting itself by not wasting money investing in Marvel licensed shows only to be in direct competition with the parent company. They would rather start looking at other opportunities. This isn't the same as just licensing movie rights. Production is expensive. You don't know how long they have rights for the content distribution either. All this factors in. Saying blame netflix is misguided.

Would you be comfortable building a home for somebody else just so you can rent it or building something you can own? Before Disney had an App there was less chance of them coming into conflict but now it is guaranteed. The characters will have to be a part of original content on the home platform at some point.

wonder where they go from hre
just saw amazon prime video is releasing all baywatch remastered

The one playing the therapist on here was the same chick who was on Supergirl playing her sister's girlfriend. I was never attracted to her on Supergirl but she's fine af here. Hopefully, she can go back to Supergirl after they cancel this since she left that show to jump on a sinking ship.
