Seth might have an annoying goofy gimmick at this stage but y’all need to put respect on his name. He is one of the most over people on the roster and can have a match with anybody. I agree that he is a thousand times better when he’s serious but I’ve been to plenty of shows and dude is OVER.
As far as the title itself, whoever was chosen first was in a loaded position regardless because of the status of Roman’s belt. They’re not gonna create it out of thin air and make it feel the same level. It will take at least another few years

Its like this. Seth can go in the ring but dude is a flippy dippy dude with a catchy theme song. When a wrestler relies heavily on a theme song, 9 times out of 10, they are not going to be legend status. Orton could come out to tubas and folks will respect the name.
Rey could come out with his wizard chants WCW theme and would still get a pop.
