Then he kills vic and literally gets high off the betrayal and while killing him his face flashed like 5 different emotions. He 100% didnt wan kill vic imo but the family thing triggered him after what sophia did to his mother.

Betrayal is his drug.


Btw. Before this batman is over i NEED ti see him let off on batman with the umbrella gun. Makes sense now that he is “being good” that he would hide it in an umbrella

The gf prost who dont love him and wont leave with him as he breaks furniture calling himself stupid. Why? Bevause he 100% KNOWS she dont love him… yet hes there wilding anyway… buys affection yet still expects real love. Hes crazy.

He even was basically telling vic as he killed him he was too good for this shyt; ie. telling that to himself as an excuse to kill vic. He was hugging vic , buying him ice cream , trustung him with his mother when NOBODY ELSE could be trusted and he was going the rex route until his mom called him on his bullshyt

He killed vic cause of the family thing and cause he bossed up to make a move that had #2s deading their bosses and saw vic had it in him. He wasnt doing it as a long con. He even says fukk like “why did you have to say that” to him when he does.

He was in with him 100%. Hes so fukked up he dont even realize it as a true psycho wouldnt.

Literally ever aspect of his character is make believe. Yet he rolls with it and is totally lost in the fantasy. Down to being a kid telling his mom “ima take care of you” like a little gangster.

The fact everyone keeps making up their reason as to why he did it shows how dope this show is. I think it’s a combo of many things. At the end of the day he’s a selfish scumbag.

What am I fantasizing about?


Penguin didn't care about anyone but himself. His goal/dream was to become the boss of Gotham in the image of his idol Rex with an approval stamp from his mother once he got there. Everyone he crossed paths with was just a means to an end for him to achieve that and get there.

The character is a straight villain not any type of anti hero/misguided character like Walter White or Franklin Saint who despite doing terrible things genuinely cared about certain people.

His relationship with Vic was no different to the older drug dealer who recruits a kid via grooming. He even used the same tactic Rex mentioned he used to get kids to join him and ensure their loyalty. It was a worker boss relationship from Penguin's side. Vic then verbally mentions he see's Penguin as family but Penguin doesn't want to be viewed as family and he sees family as weak. So Vic couldn't come with him.

Lotta shyt, working with the cops, covering up tara death, stealing coke and letting the prospects take the blame for it. Then killing one of the prospects when they caught him trying to return the coke. Probably other shyt im forgetting too
