I had to go back and watch Batman again. This Batman Reevesverse may go down as better than the Nolanverse.

Colin is killing it as Penguin. Pattinson still young enough to carry this franchise for at least another decade. The underworld is gonna be a focus on. Only thing I’m uncertain of is Joker. Didn’t care much for Barry’s version. That’s my only complaint. I hope they don’t fukk this up.

Dudes wanting it to be more “cartoony” gotta be the most dumbass complaints I’ve seen. There’s already so much out there like that. Not everything has to be the same.

this is what i think as well. the word family triggered Oz. as soon as Oz heard that, he knew he had to kill Vic when he didn't want to, which is why he said 'fukk Vic'.

if he planned to kill him there would have been no point telling Vic all the stories he did right before.

Penguin saw Vic as a good WORKER and their relationship as Boss and a worker not family. But Vic by calling him family flipped the terms.

Oz wants to be seen as a BOSS who is at the top of the hill that made it not a family member.

I don't think Oz ever cared about Vic or anyone, he just imitated that he did because he has a need for approval so he has to pretend he cares. Everyone is just a disposable chess piece for Oz to get to/achieve his goals.

Oz is a great villain because he's a GOAT level liar and because he's a CONVINCING LIAR.

Whole show he talking bout his brothers like he could barely comprehend what happened


Then he kills vic and literally gets high off the betrayal and while killing him his face flashed like 5 different emotions. He 100% didnt wan kill vic imo but the family thing triggered him after what sophia did to his mother.

Betrayal is his drug.


Btw. Before this batman is over i NEED ti see him let off on batman with the umbrella gun. Makes sense now that he is “being good” that he would hide it in an umbrella
