Nah, at the start of the movie he was hunting a gang of incels doing the KO challenge, Riddler was his first massive shyt show but this Batman is more street level, Maroni escaping and Sophia (who he probably believes killed those girls) creating a new family would 100% be on his radar.

That's the thing though.... Batman was street level but The Riddler just flooded half the city and knocked off some heavy hitters... Batman wouldn't be focused on a little turf war at this point.
