Nah, at the start of the movie he was hunting a gang of incels doing the KO challenge, Riddler was his first massive shyt show but this Batman is more street level, Maroni escaping and Sophia (who he probably believes killed those girls) creating a new family would 100% be on his radar.

Not necessarily, this Batman has already dealt with the Joker, which is why he's locked up in Arkham. There was a deleted scene between the two of them.
