So even while running Prime95 my CPU never gets to 3.70 (it's maximum speed). It's been hovering around 3.66. Is this normal?

^^ one thing I hate is when I get issues on my rig and u can't really pinpoint what the fukk is actually going wrong...u end up just replacing everything..it's annoying as fukk..

What a horrible port. Game cannot be run at high settings without crazy lag. The low settings at 1900 look good though still

i thought they took the extra time to re-develop it on PC or someshyt, thats why they took so long

This is the only game I have that I can't run on higu. Google revengence pc lag. It's the game. When you dial down the settings it still looks good but you gotta have a beast of a pc to run this shyt on ultra and I'm runnin every new game that came out last year on ultra no problem

seems like theres some dumb shyt that fixes it to 24hz
