I'm assuming it's a motherboard issue if I couldn't fix it with 3 different sets of RAM sticks. I should also mention that I accidentally ripped a piece of an sli slot out trying to replace the card () but I don't think that would have any effect since I'm only using 2 cards and I have 2 functioning PCI slots anyway. I don't think it would be me switching my graphics cards because I'm still getting a display regardless.
So now I got a new motherboard on the way....
