What the fukk. I called Time Warner Cable earlier today because I was going to upgrade my internet to 50Mbps, I was currently on the standard package and was getting 15Mbps (I checked this daily)
So I am talking to the TWC lady and she quotes my this crazy price and I tell her Im not interested ill just keep what I have
Her: are you sure about that you would really enjoy this internet alot more
Me: no I am good I think Ill just stick with what I got
Her: Ok well here is my number call me back if you change your mind
Less then thirty min later I am taking my class online and the youtube video keeps pausing to buffer(never been an issue since I moved here) I figured Sickbeard or something had probably started downloading a TV show. Go to check my torrents and SABnzbd and there was nothing.
I went ahead and reset my modem and restarted my computer
It was still slow so I went to check it at speedtest.net and saw this
Are they fukking trying to throttle my internet now so I upgrade? Has anyone heard of this before
