Do you think if I get a Radeon 7790 I will be able to play this game on my hd tv right now it's so jumpy and my Fps is around 20-25. Or do you think it's a waste if money because I need a monitor not a tv

does not matter if you have a monitor or a tv.
1080 is 1080...the pixels will be larger on your tv but it's still the same number of pixels being rendered.
get a better card.

back in the day this would of been easy to do
but with PayPal and eBay double dipping on the fees (no idea how this is even legal
) and eBay recently raising their fees (AGAIN) to 10% for all sales
unless you some how just got an insane low pricing deal on some parts (like when the i7-4770k was $200
)then its not worth it at all..
You might make $25-50 tops a computer.. if you some how sell them.
If you sold a computer on eBay for $1000, eBay takes $100 + another $30 from paypal.. so even if the computer was $150 in profit from building it, you would only have $20 total profit
eBay one of the most shady businesses in the world and have 0 idea why no other company has done the whole auction idea better
if a company came along and was same model as eBay with same features but only took 3% from each transaction instead of 10% they'd be overnight millionaires

twitch.tv right now offers partners 50% on subscriptions and $2 every 1000 people who watch an ad
id offer 75% on subscriptions and $2.50 on every ad and everyone would switch to my services over night..
another 25% on 4000 subscriptions is a lot of money. Who would turn it down? The viewers go where the gamers go, they have no loyalty to twitch.

Looking good, you might want to ask yourself if you need the Maximus VI. Chances are a cheaper board out there will do everything you want.
looks real good, the only suggestion i have is to get a 256gb SSD.
my 256 gig filled up rather quickly i would have hated myself it i got a 128gb.
