AIOs are easy as hell to setup, just take your time with it.Do you all have experience with AIO coolers? I've always gone with air cooling, but I'm considering an AIO for my upcoming build. I've always avoided them because I don't have experience using them.

Question
I am looking to buy a ultrawide for my work from home setup.
1. Is there a disadvantage to getting a flat screen vs a curved?
2. Is it true that 100hz refresh rate is better? Even if you aren’t watching video or gaming. I heard it’s easier on your eyes. Because I have a kvm hooked up since I have two laptops connected. But it only supports 60hz
just started gaming on my work computer, it's a 3060 rog zephyrus laptop with a ryzen 9, and having never been able to pc game i'm impressed with how much better it looks than the playstation 5 games i play on it. On siege i get better frames and it looks better. I also just started streaming my games from console when i'm on the road and with the exception of shooters everything performs perfectly. My question is, if i build a pc will my laptop be the bottle neck if i try to stream from the pc at home. I feel like the answer is yes but i wanna make sure before I write off building one.
I went with the gigabyte g34wqc A34. It was only 30 bucks more than the flat screen I was looking at. And it has 144hz. Where as the flat screen was only 75. I paid $360 total.1.There is some bullshyt pseudoscience that manufactures of curved monitors state when marketing it that apparently it's better for your eyes or something. It sounds dubious to me. I go back and forth between a curved monitor for work and a straight for home and I don't see any health benefits or anything like that. They say curved monitors are more immersive but that's only really when you rocking one of those samsung joints with the super pronounced curve.
2.Uh hard to say. Some people are more sensitive frames and stuff like that than others. If your not gaming or consuming content I might save the money and use it elsewhere.
It's largely marketing fluff. I've been running curved monitors for like 5 years. The only thing they do better is an extreme viewing angle from a distance.1.There is some bullshyt pseudoscience that manufactures of curved monitors state when marketing it that apparently it's better for your eyes or something. Only if streaming gives me the visual upgrade or performance upgrade I get from the pc at home. If not I can download the game on steam to my laptop or buy a better laptop.I went with the gigabyte g34wqc A34. It was only 30 bucks more than the flat screen I was looking at. And it has 144hz.
