I have a MSi b450 motherboard and I want to upgrade my cpu (ryzen 2600 to 3600). I need to update my bios on my motherboard. Is this simple? Just bought a 2070 super off a friend. Any tips or suggestions?

where'd you look at to find out how to set up a plex server on PC?I got a HP Z420 four years ago, stuck a 1060, SSD and some ram in it and it has been running great. Usually have 50+ tabs open in chrome and opera at the same time, running a Plex server and sometimes have a game open.
But the sandy bridge Xeon is struggling with streaming 4k movies, so unfortunately it might be time to upgrade soon
I'll wait until the end of the year for Zen 3 so the build will probably cost me more than $1500 plus a new monitor
And it's been a lifetime since I built a PC so I'll have no clue what I'm doing.
All that just to buy more games during Steam sales which I'll never even install
I have a very simple setup, just one 6TB hard drive where I have all my media libraries.where'd you look at to find out how to set up a plex server on PC?
3080 with 1 fan on the top and one on the bottom?
I hope that doesn't affect water cooling options
