I started using Chrome to read the coli, cause FF fukks up embedded tweets with NoScript on. I did that for a week and got a goddamn virus.

I know it came from the coli, because I don’t use Chrome for literally anything else. Back to FF and annoying NoScript when in the coli

Malwayre Bytes premium found it. Luckily it didn't spread, so it's all good. But no more going on the Coli raw with Chrome. I haven't had a virus in years, thanks to FF and NoScript. I guess I'll continue to use FF

450-500 dollars for 1-5% boost from the 8700k/9700K, only way to make the 9900K worth it are the pcie lanes.

So I'm thinking about building a new pc. What's y'all opinion on my list so far

What monitor if you are going to buy a freesync 1080/144hz monitor get it
If you are going to get a 1440/144hz freesync monitor, get a rx vega 56 for 400 dollars

This might be one of the stupidest questions ever but has anyone ever built a mac? My friend was talking about needing a desktop but wanted apple since she uses that for her laptop. So I got to thinking if it was possible to build one. I'm guessing it's the same except for the hardware but don't know if Apple uses some sort of different hardware or processor. I imagine the customising scene for Apple may not be as big. But who knows.

Hackintosh or buy a old mac pro with a good processor upgrade the ram if she needs more and/or storage used.

16 isn't even enough to have a gpu, 2 m.2 drives
