Well, I’m going back to my 4K monitor. The fast refresh rate on my 1440p is a novelty in my opinion. Once you get used to it, it ceases to be exciting.

I prefer a higher resolution too. I can definitely see the difference between 1440p and 4K.

I might try out that LG 1440p, 144hz though. We’ll see

Game crashing after Weapon Crate update.

shyt had me re-evaluating my PC until I googled it. Always count on DICE to break some shyt with an update :beli:

Damn looks like just a CPU issue not gpu

Back in the day it was worse, I'd always have to buy a intel PC for certain task that AMD cpu were bound from. fukking developers

Check their twitter or tweet at them, they are fixing something they said

----

Update:

Word on the street 1180 will be 5% faster than the 1080 ti :francis: but will cost $699...

So maybe that 5% will yield an extra 0.001 bitcoin! :krs:

$699 was the original retail price for the (reference) 1080ti

edit: rumor I just saw was 13 teraflops, which would be one more (teraflop) than the Titan Xp, and ~1.5 more than the 1080ti

lmfao these cards are going to be sick for mining, currently the only reason I'll buy

I know but for 1180, so nvidia is going to charge more for cards with minimum real upgrade to the entire lineup and current rumors only has it at 5% better than a 1080 ti

source: GeForce GTX 1180 sample appears on GPU database

The most exciting part of PC parts rn for me :scusthov: is the 970 Samsung Evo/Pro's are 30% faster than 960's.. and cheaper than older models

@Barnett114 @MMA Mo I just ordered that LG 32" 1440p, 144hz IPS monitor. I pick it up at Fry's tomorrow.

I also exchanged my Dell Gsync. The color shift I was experiencing on that old Dell was apparently not normal. I plugged in the new one, and the color shift is a lot less. Still, it's not anything like an IPS monitor. I can't wait to try out that LG tomorrow :lupe:

Return that bullshyt dell monitor before it's too late. You cannot buy 4K IPS monitor and then buy TN monitor (unless it's 240hz for competitive gaming)

usually gamers buy TN models, then va or ips monitors not the other way around. The dell 1440 24 and 27 inch is for entry level G sync gamers :russ:
