So am I to assume that since they recommend sli for 4K/60fps that they will actually support sli? Nah, I'm on to you Ubisoft.

that will be good enough for playback. rendering will mostly cpu intensive. ddr4 ram prices are crazy. 32gb is good but 64gb is the sweet spot. but id wait to get more ram when it gets cheaper
seriously.. I just realized this. My card I paid less than $400 for is going for $1400gawd damn at these gpu prices
Built my 4k gaming rig just in time
1080 ti going for as much as 1800
dont get me wrong tho. the latest graphics card can really help with rendering especially nvidia cuda cores. if i were u, id get that setup first, then get a gtx 1080 ti when it gets real cheap once the volta gpus come out.I appreciate it homey.
I actually haven’t yet. In my excitement at seeing 144fps, I forgot that the 4K HDR 144hz are coming on very soon (@Fatboi1 thanks for reminding me). So I’m pushing for that. Nvidia better release a new Titan soon though, cuz 2 Titan Xs (pascal) are not anywhere near close to hitting 4K, ultra, 144fps. They aren’t even seeing 100, to be honestYou're a 1440p/144hz boy now.
Why are you still getting suckered into Ultra settings?I actually haven’t yet. Yeah, but the ti version came out months ands months after the Titan. I wanted to get the "ti" performance as soon as possible, by getting a Titan instead. I want the new tech nowand the Titans? a Ti version always drops thats cheaper on par or better then the titan.....
Yeah man, shyt, that's like the first thing I worry about. Why are you still getting suckered into Ultra settings?

Definitely, that's why we all upgrade multiple times. If I always wait to see what "next gen" looks like, we'd never buy anything.but there's ALWAYS going to be something better and newer
