Are you talking about that Dell.com doorbuster deal on the S2716DGR? Yeah, I jumped on that too. Was in the same boat, but that damn upgrade-itis bug got to me. I'm building a new system, and I went from being content with having a 850 Evo to saying "fukk that" and grabbing the 960 Evo. Initially, was doing everything I could to save money.

Please do not buy prebuilt PC unless it's some discount when you part it all together on pcpartpicker..

It is never worth buying prebuilt.. unless you are buying it watercooled but aio watercool would do the same.

Check if you have a nearby microcenter and build it yourself. If something breaks or isn't working return it.

It will take you 2-4 hours to build, learn it. It's fun when it's all done.

You have a microcenter in detroit. 1500 prebuilt you can get the best gpu on the block and a full build.

I built mine, but the man said he didn't have the time nor the patience so I made a recommendation as he requested. I agree that building your own is the way to go, but cyberpower is the next best thing imo. You can customize a desktop to your liking, meaning you select the case, graphics card, cpu, power supply, etc as if you were building from your own parts list and they put it together. If they have any compatibility issues, they contact you beforehand, they test everything, and they safely ship it to you.

I used to make money building workstations for small/medium size businesses. There almost zero reason to buy prebuilt beside fukk it

That's essentially what cyberpower is. It is someone else building it for you. That's what their customizer desktop is. It's "prebuilt" from the ground up to your specifications.

There online stuff is trash, with that budget he should buy a i5 8600k with a 1070 or a i7 7700k with a 1070. I'm recommending 1070 because he probably isn't a crazy gamer or care what monitor he will be pairing with it.

Did you even visit the site and mess around with the configurations? Or did you just decide it was trash from the start and not bother?

There no custom build like maingear unless I couldn't find it, all option they have i7 7700k with shytty gpu tier gpu for that specific cpu. Maybe I missed the configurator (I looked thoroughly) send me a link. If you are going with a i7 7700k, better off going with a 1080 ti too. EZA probably doesn't need all of that so I would of recommended a i5 7600k/8600k and a 1070/1080 at most. With that budget he can get a monitor/mouse/mousepad/keyboard/ with a i5/1070 or a rx 56 or rx 580 with 1600 if he wished with cheaper freesync monitor

That's just one of them big dawg. At the start of their website you click on gaming pcs then custom configurators. The list like 11 different machines but you don't have to keep any of the specs listed. It's all changeable

Yeah I don't need the best machine ever created but I do want some shyt that's gone turn heads when nikkas see them graphics on that ho. I used to mod the fukk outta 2k on my old machine and had that shyt looking godly, I need that feeling back fellas.

1500,pre built or price me some parts I'll find a muthafukka to build it if I can't do it.

Just get the more affordable one.
