how can u install of a copy of a game u don't even own but only played ?

I got gassed the xbox randomly asked me to install all 8.7 gigs of FIFA....shyt stopped at 99.9% and asked me to insert the disc..i just kept lookin at this thread like "if these nikkas only knew"...lol

the xbox was not quite good to a nikka yesterday

i just hate that when u watch tv u cant change channels with your controller you gotta use your remote

u can fam...press up or down and it switches...takes a second or two longer than a remote press to register...but it works

It's a fun game when it's working. That being said, I would wait a while until they iron out all the kinks, assuming that haven't done so already. EA dragged another reputable developers name through mud by making them rush what could've been a quality product.

I told myself I was going to hold off and wait until Spring/Summer to buy one but right now I am on the fence.

Is NBA2k14 good? I heard the game modes are poor and its filled with micro-transactions. Does Forza have the same problem? Also how is Killer Instinct?

Forza 5 has microtransactions but its not needed unless you a want Bugatti Veyron for example from the jump without earning money by racing. Killer Instinct is awsome enough said. I dont have NBA 2k14 to answer that.

2k14 is beautiful and the core gameplay itself is much improved.

• teammate AI is a bit smarter
• dribbling and movement is powered by ecomotion which is great upgrade. There is little to no sliding and warping in the game
  
• more animations
• presentation is great
• graphics are amazing. Probably one of the best looking games on the next gen consoles
  
• it's really hard to drive to the paint and dunk on people which made people like Iggy or LeBron OP
  
• with the new shot stick, I find driving into the lane better (the new stick will take time getting used to)

That being said, it does have its downfalls.

Gameplay

• A few animations that run too long and you will get stuck in
• blocks are a little OP
• They took out defensive settings and replaced them with points of emphasis system. While this is simpler, it isn't as deep as having individual defensive settings and doesn't work sometimes.
• Rebounds still need tweaking IMO but they are improved from previous iterations
• Still a little too hard to stay in front of people on defense
• Passes still need a little more zip on them

Game Modes

• VC/micro-transactions run rampant throughout the game
• no Association mode. replaced by VC filled MyGM mode
• lack of customization as far as rosters/teams/MyPlayer go
• MyPlayer is now a story mode which feels very scripted at times and can become repetitive
  
• Online Association is still neglected and broken
• MyTeam is improved. You can't buy players off a market instead all player you earn you get through packs which promotes variety, but in the same breath, promotes buying VC to get packs. Also, without a market to buy contracts and consumables, one is forced to buy more packs. So its basically a bad port of Ultimate Team from EA games
• No Crew mode, instead they have a park mode, which the idea is great, but the execution of it sucked.

Online

• you know what you're getting with 2k servers
• people still like to sit in zone defense but I feel this year, it is easier to pick apart zones with good passing and smart basketball
• Haven't run into anything that was unstoppable online, mainly full court charge takers, and people sitting in zone all game

Forza is a great probably the best Xbox exclusive out IMO. The graphics are breath-taking, this game truly shows what the

Xbox is capable of. As far as micro-transactions go, I haven't really seen any problem with them as making money isn't too

challenging in game. I don't know if this is still going or not but on the Forza website you could earn free credits from playing

previous Forzas. I got 1 millions credits from this and got all the cars I need

Nope, get it, it's not broken enough to warrant that response, I sink too many hours into the game (or it feels that way) to prove t above statement wrong

It's funny. Compared to last gen 2k14, I feel like on defense, players are on skates. I do not feel like the players are really planted on the floor.

I didn't play last gen 2k14, but compared to 2k13, I just can't stay in front of people. The player I'm controlling usually just skates too far to a side which allows for an easy blow by for my opponent.
