TVs have had this feature for years. HDMI CEC will let you sync up your devices and cut them on together. its been on the Playstation 3 for i while. i used to use it before i got a Harmony remote. i guess it is new for Xbox fans because the 360 never supported that.

I had this harmony remote for my xbox now unless you mean something different

I'm looking to put a preorder in for the X1 but only am preordering from Amazon (no tax plus Prime)

Problem is, only Standard Editions are left at Amazon and those are first come first served.

Should I just bite the bullet and preorder a Standard now or wait till After Gamescom or before release and see if Amazon will stock some Day Ones in before then?

Both controller are tiny and hardly weigh anything, Im hoping that the play n charge kit adds some weight to the xbox controller, and yes the D-pad is in a dump spot, it should be an analog stick there

Yeah, I cancelled my shyt on there after I saw them charging taxes. fukk that. Still about going through hoops to cancel that shyt too.

I think the good reviews come from the perspective of a ps3 comparison. It is leaps and bounds better than it, but lets be real no matter how much you sony stans say otherwise the ps3 controller was trash. Just by adding real triggers, it improved it greatly, but it's not better that the xbox controller still IMO.

They made a controller that doesnt suck, and you are going to sing it's praises when you use it mainly because of how much the the ps3 controller sucked.
