And how long is Ziggler going to hold on to that briefcase.

Damn, do something with that shyt.

He's gonna go into the next MITB pay per view and win the Raw briefcase and cash them both in on the same night.

How does one pass the torch to the undisputed face of the company and figure head of an existing era :mindblown:

Yo, you all gotta stop taking this stuff seriously. It's all jokes to me at this point. I pretty much find enjoyment in everything. I'm a fan of both Cena and CM Punk. It's all good to me because it not REAL to me, damn it! :ohlawd:

:pachaha: Yes, I finally realized it's not supposed to be good. :blessed: I laughed so hard during that main event and the aftermath.

If you think a Cena heel turn would have gotten booed, you don't know how smarks operate. That pop would have been so loud I would have heard it in the Bronx.

yup.
Being a heel to the smarks >>> being a kayfabe heel

You'd think the smarks would be smart enough to realize it. :heh: :skip:

the only thing ill say is WM's are supposed to give u that "remember at WM ___ when______ happened? That shyt was !!!"

we dont get that anymore

You didn't like Punk/Taker? :ehh: That was awesome.

lol...they had to know people wouldn't be happy about them pillars or whatever the fukk they are. Just stupid.

Same shyt with Orlando:

and Miami:

Makes zero sense. Those people got fukked over and should've had some type of discount for obstructed views.

At least the beams for Wrestlemania looked kinda transparent. This year and last year's beams were completely solid. Hopefully this is the last year they use outdoor stadiums so that the canopies over the ring would no longer be necessary.

Seems like a lot of people hated the show.

My girl thought the show was disappointing, which I agree to somewhat,

There was no great moments at this Mania, nothing felt special at all.

The predictability we all were concerned with was exactly what happened and that's what hurt it.

Anyone else completely shocked their was no intro videos from the main event? They just threw Rock/Cena out there like it was a Raw match, no special entrances or anything.

And let me be clear, the first 5-10 minutes of that match were bad, it seemed like just another slow paced Rock match, but they picked it up at the end and told a good story.

Cena has been on top for 8 going on 9 years, if anything Cena should be passing the torch to current member of the full-time roster. but hey why do that :beli:

I felt the same way, I thought it was a lot better than last year, where if felt like they were filling time mostly. Here, after they had their rest holds, they just went straight to the finishers, had their call backs to last year and it turned into a good match.

The show was about what I expected so I wasn't disappointed really, Punk/Taker was way better than I thought it would be. A ton of stuff was rushed, though that's the usual Mania deal. No planes overhead or America The Beautiful though :damn:

I expected special intro's for both guys, I wonder why this was and also why did Swagger get a jobbers entrance.

Finally back home after about 3 hours of traveling time...just some thoughts...

I'll never go to Metlife Stadium, or any stadium for that matter as a non-driver again if I'm out of state. I've been to Shea Stadium/Citi Field and all of the public transportation is readily available for any and all. Trains can get obnoxious and crowded...but they're right there. To get from Jersey back to Brooklyn, there was a line of at least half of the "80,000+" that showed up and I'm not convinced everyone that was online made it out of Jersey after the 12:40 train that was the last of the night. A lot of this is because the a$$holes barricaded half of the arena off after the show, likely for the wrestlers to exit the arena, which fukked up everyone leaving. After getting on the light rail which took about 30 min, there was still another train to take to get back to the city, and then still had to take 2 more trains from Penn St. to finally get home. Never...the fukk...again.

That being said, I won't get too much into wins/losses, decisions of the night because I knew what I was getting into before I purchased the tickets and it was a lot of disappointment and annoyance with their decisions, but happiness with the atmosphere. And they didn't disappoint. It was cold as shyt in the arena but I was gassed as fukk and can proudly say I went to a WM.

fukk that main t-shirt section for selling out of the Punk shirt, and fml for getting another shirt only to find out there were a shytload of other tshirt booths across the stadium - many of which had Punk shirts, but wouldn't swap the shirt I got for a Punk one because they didn't have the shirt I had. :stopitslime:

Little kids seriously fukk up live events and I keep forgetting that. They're annoying as shyt from their little voices to the stupid shyt they say. One little shyt in particular had a field day with "YOU CAN'T WRESTLE!" chants he learned with Big E Langston and Fandango going back to back. It was like 20 minutes of that shyt. :pacspit:

Punk/Taker was easily the hottest match and the only match I gave a fukk about and got loud about. The section I was in was live as fukk for this match and the whole arena seemed into it. I expected a Punk loss but was hopeful for a swerve. No such luck as usual. Only good thing that came from Taker winning was his flames shooting up and giving the nosebleeds some temporary warmth. Nice emotional end for Taker though can't be too mad.

I'm not sure how it came off on TV but seeing Triple H/Brock and to some extent Rock/Cena flop in comparison to Punk/Taker was fukking hilarious - especially Triple H and Brock. People were more engaged with Jericho/Fandango than that trash and I loved it. That match had no business coming on AFTER Punk/Taker. fukk Triple H for that.

Ryback actually holding and marching Mizzark around....:whoo:

Going back to Triple H/Brock, what I think is most interesting is how much they royally fukk themselves with their booking and how it really takes away from good moments. I already know that WM is typically where heels go to lose, but the problem with that method is there really is no giving a fukk about their faces. Triple H wins? Who really gives a shyt. Del Rio wins? This should be a BIG moment...who really gives a shyt? CM Punk, someone who should be hated the most right now, got as a big a pop as anyone throughout the night and the constant dueling chants really highlighted how invested people were - unlike Brock/Triple H that really only got responses for weapons used and suplexes from what I could tell, and even Cena/Rock which just seemed to be more about the "Let's go Cena/Cena sucks!" chants, with minimal give a fukk about Rock. No one gives a shyt about their faces, so when they win, who really cares? One could argue it's the whole smark vibe of WM, but in all honesty, they should be concerned with how little a lot of these matches engage the crowd. I swear to God Fandango/Jericho got more heat than Triple H/Brock, with a shytload less of buildup AND less reason to care/be attached to the characters involved. That's a fukkING PROBLEM.

Lastly...to the wild ass CM Punk stan yelling about how Cena and Rock could never hold the title for 400+ days...and the loud ass Cena stan that kept chanting Coco Pebbles at the Rock and saying he was gonna send the Rock back to Hawaii....I know ya'll are Coli posters. Reveal yourselves.
This whole rant was funny as hell but i was seriously :dead: @ the bolded
