That's what he says he's gonna have to do but those "goal judges" don't judge offsides either. I think he's being a hypocrite.

"Platini said that with five officials, an incident like Frank Lampard’s disallowed goal during England’s match with Germany in the World Cup last 16 would never have happened." :stopitslime:

They just cheap c*nts

I wouldnt say that.

They need to go with two strikers and use their wingers. They have a lot of good wingers. I would go with Menez and Nasri and let them have a go but that won't happen.

France are like Argentina in their reliance on a great playmaker, it's disgusting tbf.

I'd love to see France go with the 4-2-3-1 with Nasri and Ribery wreaking havoc on the flanks and Martin playing those surgical throughballs to Benzema.

I don't honestly see why their isn't replay technology in football, all that "it evens itself out..." is bullshyt, imagine getting relegated over a missed goal

Dunno about offsides, but Its possible so might as we bring it in, I can't see it flowing the game down too much, these new offside rules are bullshot anyway.

:damn:

Didn't see the match but we seemed to be way too bad to deserve the get out smh. We just needed one good match to do so. Look at Croatia that couldn't even made it and are better than us...

Our central D was too fraudulent. Mexes was good in the first two games, but Rami was not. Now Mexes fukked up yesterday (yellow card at 70m from his own goal, let Ibra do a volley in the box without even being disturbed).
The good thins is that FINALLY Koscielny can get a shot... without having playing any matches during the knockout stages... smh.

We had two holding midfielder (M'Vila and Diarra),but we only need one ! Plus Cabaye is cleary undeniable now. I hope we have a M'Vila / Martin / Cabaye midfield combo against Spain.

Ben Arfa shouldn't start. Blanc just need to keep Menez even though he has problem finishing but at least he got the speed and tries endlessly.
And Benzema can't stay in the box to save his life :(
I mean it's not a problem if one of the wingers or a midfielder takes the place but nobody seems to do it (excepted Cabaye).

Well, even though I didn't believe in the final win, I was hoping for the semis to fall against Spain.

And yes, I'm mad.

The problem is that Nasri loves to get on the left side, which is Ribéry's turf. Look at the match against England, they were nobody on the right. But I can agree with this is you replace Nasri by Menez.

What's good with this lost is that we won't be over confident against Spain and honestly we can't be worse now.

All in all, we've had a great tournament. We'll probably get beat by Italy but we've done enough to restore the nations faith in the team.

Roy

With that being said, we're capable of going further, anything can happen in 1 90 minute game.

Despite thinking the contrary against some poorer teams, i really feel like if we want to beat Italy we have to be a little braver. If we sit and let them come on to us, i think they'll have the quality to break through. But i think if we go at them then their defence is vulnerable, especially down the wings. We need to use their system against them.

Tbh both teams are prone to sitting back more than they should, especially when they get the lead. That's why i think which ever team is willing to go after the other will win.
