With regard to the concealed weapons charge.

The prosecution does not have to prove “ownership” or even that Tory brung it into the car himself.

It’s an illegal gun. It’s illegal to have an illegal gun in your car period. Only way you are getting out of that charge is if someone in the vehicle is willing to go in and take the charge and admit it was theirs.

It was tory’s car, the weapon was found there. As far as the law is concerned it was in tory’s possession.

It could’ve been that dark. We don’t know if there are street lights near his house. Also when they say “outside his window”, I don’t think they mean in his yard, but in the street. So you still got yard, sidewalk, porch separating him from everyone else. It makes sense he can make out the the ppl but not a black small handgun at midnight

I mean ppl said there was a pause in the gun shots that were recorded. “Pop, pop, pop” pause “pop, pop”. Depending on how long that pause was, that could’ve been the struggle.

He also said he saw a struggle for the gun. The defense had to remind him that he said this initially but he acknowledged that he saw the short man try to take the gun away from the girl. His new story almost sounded like there were 2 guns lol
