When did Kelsey have time to get the gun? In a bathing suit she wasn't carrying. Found luggage but no purse on her

Did Meg take a break from beating her ass...doesn't sound like it

And is it possible Meg was walking away, retreating from the situation as she testified? Believe entry points are in the back of her foot, ankle. If she was walking away, why Kelsey shoot at the ground in her direction?

One of y'all Coli lawyer ass nikkas answer this for me: why did the DA give Kelsey immunity?

From what they said, Kelsey wasn't going to testify at all without immunity.

They really needed the testimony due to a lack of usable evidence since the cops/detective didnt secure the crime scene. They also were banking on her being more partial to the prosecution side in blaming tory, so they didn't think they had anything to lose

Nobody except Megan has said the words “Dance bytch” were uttered that night. I think its safe to say that one thing definitely occurred and one thing definitely didn’t

Everything I typed was STRICTLY taking Kelly’s eye witness account into the equation. If we’re going to do a mix mash of EVERYBODY’s story and try to come to a logical conclusion I already wrote what I THINK happened a few pages back with more detail.

The reason I give more credence to Kelly’s testimony than anyone else’s is because he’s the only one we got to hear from that wasn’t black out sloppy drunk that night. My SUSPICION is that the Driver’s testimony would have matched up with Kelly’s and kind of inched more towards my own theory but I guess we’ll never know now
