Again. There’s physical evidence.
There’s no way to line up the physical evidence with this guys statements.
The guy himself admits he wasn’t totally sure about things.
If we have physical evidence that makes his testimony impossible then he must have mistaken somewhere.

Even if we take his testimony as a 100% accurate account Tory is going to Jail like a muthufukka

We still haven’t talked about the fact Megan testimony says she saw Tory stand over the door of the car and shoot at her saying “dance bytch”, when the physical evidence showed the shell casings away from the car not beside it.
Lol she made up a movie scene, the testimony being used to accuse Tory of a crime was a complete lie.

The other testimonies didn’t back that up, nor the physical evidence. This is the story that got this man dragged into court for some BS.
eye witness with nothing to lose or gain said tory shot the gun. reason i said 1-2 is because there's a possession and negligence charge. if the jury believes that account, he gets convicted of those two charges bro.
