The witness never said Tory shot in the air he said Tory fired four to five shots everywhere.

See below. & Tory couldn’t have shot 5 shots, that would mean Kelsey didn’t shoot any which we already know she shot multiple confirmed by the witness . The 5 shots were recorded going off as pop pop pop pause pop pop. I believe the pause was due to Tory and Kelsey struggling over the gun. The first few came from Kelsey

"he clarified he didn’t literally mean straight in the air but shooting all over the place."

Kelly never says "I didnt mean Tory shot in the air, but that he was shooting everywhere."

So it's up to the jury to decide Kelly's meaning, which I said earlier and probably why the jury asked his testimony to be read again.
