The 5 shots were recorded going off as pop pop pop pause pop pop. I believe the pause was due to Tory and Kelsey struggling over the gun. The first few came from Kelsey

He guessed pretty fukking accurately considering that’s about how many times they have on audio.
Also you keep ignoring that the man said a woman shot into the vehicle, he never mentioned her pointing in Meg’s direction.
But he did say he saw Meg on the ground after the shots Tory let off.

I don’t think even see how they can get him for firing the gun. Prosecutors did a terrible job from what info I’ve seen put out

a defense eye witness said he fired the gun. i think that's fukkin with the jury's deliberations because of 1 of the charges
