There’s nikkas in jail right now for murder that didn’t have the weapon presented at trial let alone the dna on it …. nikkas ain’t been watching enough court tvhow tf would this even make sense if no conclusive dna on possession of the firearm, the chain of custody on the gun wasn't even established

The confusion is he said “in the air” in the initial interview. But in court it’s the defense that emphasized that term which he confirmed he said.
Once the prosecution was able to talk to him he clarified he didn’t literally mean straight in the air but shooting all over the place.
