Do some googles of your own. Touch DNA is not an exact science and some experts don’t view it as reliable at all.
The witness also said Tory shot the gun 5 times. If we take his story as 100% true it doesn’t contradict megs account. It ads some extra fukkery but the story meg told is valid within what that witness said even if she left some stuff out.
Kelsey is not a suspect. Nowhere has kelsey ever said her and meg fought. A potential fight between meg and kelsey doesn’t hold as much significance as you guys are giving it. They coulda been fighting all night. The jury is only concerned with if Tory shot the bullets that ended up in megs foot.
Nothing that’s come out in court has given them a different answer than what meg said happened with regard to the actual shooting.

I didn't say it was crystal clear, i'm sure the jury know's the defense is trying their hardest to create some sort of reasonable doubt. The defense's whole point was that tory's hand wasn't on the gun and tory didn't shoot the gun, the witness yesterday said the complete opposite and was adamant about seeing the little man shooting"firing everywhere."
