Yeah as a defense witness, Tory pretty much beat the 1st two charges but that white man almost made the last charge stick yesterday.
So Quan is just here to give reasonable doubt to that last charge and dispell that Tory was beating Megan.

And the prosecution can still charge Kelsey with something that night. The type of immunity only protects her from anything she said on the stand in this case
If Quan does what he’s supposed to do Tory is walking on all 3 charges, he just needs to fill in the blanks from Sean Kelly and discredit him a bit on the Meg shyt and who had the gun.

Creating " reasonable doubt" comes with cross examination and that's if they even allow the defense who already rested their case to have another witness. That man yesterday came in for the defense, he didn't purposely make the charge stick but he put the gun and all 4-5 shots in Tory's hands, remember that.
