another thing I think the jury will take into account is the man never says he saw Kelsey with the gun He says he saw “flashes” that appeared to him to be One of the girls shooting into the car.

He does specifically say he saw Tory with the gun and saw him fire 4-5 shots.

Kinda supports Kelsey version of events when she first spoke to investigators

Harris described her own position as being outside the car but still behind her passenger door, in very close proximity to the gunfire

But yea the number of shots isnt adding up
