Police really fukked up this case. If the gun was warm, they should have tested everyone for gsr, prints and dna (including meg).

Prosecution's biggest fukk up was putting someone on the stand without knowing what they were gonna say. The interview should have been sworn in and immunity should have been worked out ahead of trial. They granted immunity at the last minute because they panicked and felt like they needed her testimony so bad. But even then, ask for a recess and negotiate immunity with her lawyer. They just granted it with no conditions.

I personally think she lied in her interview. Probably told her lawyer she lied in the interview, so her lawyer told her to plead the fifth. What else would her lawyer tell her to do if she tells him she lied. So when she got immunity, lawyer told her to tell the truth but she obviously also lied on the stand.

Why if Kelsey really shot Meg is Tory calling from Jail apologizing? That Jack Harlow shyt and Tory shyt is probably true, and Tory would flip. He’s mostly shared with Meg insecurities about his place in the game. She knew what would hurt him, and he’s not a dude that obviously handles his emotions well based on a multitude of examples.
