Toronto is a horrible city

This is the longest I've been stuck in the GTA consecutively and I'm going insane
i've been here for 11 years and im approaching burnout status.

i grew alot, had great success, but i'm at the point where i wanna move back to Ottawa get a big ass house, have more kids and chill.

My job is remote and I opted to be remote indefinitely too. So physical location is irrelevant.

All the things that make Toronto fun and unique I’ve experienced and outgrew. I’m 40 now none of that shyt means much now.

that's what toronto does, it's overpriced filled with cold people and getting extremely violent. The only thing that it had holding it in the past was most of the good jobs but like you mention now working remotely you can literally be anywhere.

Avg rent like 1,800 :picard:, car insurance highest anywhere in north america, transit is putrid, stress levels of the chain. Weather is not even good. Pay 100k down on a house and be stuck with a million dollar mortgage
