I'm sure every breh here has experience racism in toronto/canada

Always being followed even though I make money than the store owner, denied jobs once they see you at a job interview or your name is to ethnic etc.

I remember going to tim hortons in chatham-kent and ordered my meal then this cac comes in and tells the cashier "betcha didn't expect to see one of them today"

Even little things like apartment searching
I cant tell u how many times the owner rejected my application..even with a good credit and job...i even dressed up just to look qualified and still lol

yup people don't get the little things, I travel a lot, always have to google is it safe for black people to visit insert city, or i'll youtube black man in insert city. Then I have to check the airbnb if other blacks have stayed there before. Just little things like that people never have to worry about. A white person can go to rosedale or forest hill right now and walk around and nothing will happen, if I do I guarantee a cop will pull up just making sure I'm not lost

Other than that, the protest went well. They're saying a police man got jumped.

The only fukkery I seen live was, some yute running across the street and police formed ñike Voltron. I asked the cop what happened and he said he had a gun on him. Breh was wearing a white tee, and some skinny joggers
I don't think anyone is dumb enough to try some shyt when downtown was packed with police to the brim, but you never kno.

Some young kids started fighting too, and one of them took a swing at the police officer and a next one ran away with his police hat

Back in the day my boy was seeing a girl that lived in forest hill. We would go to her place on the weekend and get fukked up then try and catch a cab back to vaughan and oakwood. Most of the time they wouldn't even stop for us. Sometimes they would and refused to go there or they'd lock the doors on us. One time none of em would stop so we got his girl whos white to get one while we hid. One of my boys came out too early and the cabbie sped off. We said fukk it and walked home. Someone called the cops on us and these pigs were talkin bare shyt sayin people like us are why theres so much crime in the city.
