A black women (good looking w/ no kids) is gonna see him and not want to make eye contact, but will get with an average white guy or some hood dude.

That is an overly simplistic analysis Tom. It’s like in your world black women date interracial out of spite and black men date interracially because that’s all they can get.

And that’s 1000% not true. There are many picky Black men in professional circles and some don’t want to date/marry black Women or want a specific type. The reality is the numbers favour Asians and whites.

Cream of the crop is subjective, I seen my fair share of black men preferring to clean the messes of other groups of women to think that it isn’t always the case. If your standard are extremely low for others and really high for your own race then you don’t want to be with your own. No BW can compete with the pedestal you put nonbw on.

Why do you guys think we aren’t as a collective able to garner lucrative positions? Are we heading into the wrong fields ? Or are we not doing something right (outside of obvious racism). I went to York graduated with some other brehs but don’t know what happened after, then again I’m not in a field anything close to my major.

How many black people are useful reference/connection to employment? How many black people you know are a good resource for educational opportunities/job opening opportunities or Are forthcoming with information. In my experience we are the most discriminated group out of high level employment but we are collectively also the most selfish and self centered when it comes to sharing useful information to upgrade our lives. How many black people make it their priority to mentor/coah.

How many black kids do you see come together for study groups and nerdy activities outside of pure entertainment. We have been groomed from young to have fun with each other (even that is getting scarce) but not work together. Finally more of us need to go into entrepreneurship to serve the needs of our community.

You have to study our collective interaction from young to understand why we have this issue in the first place. Finally, too many brehs and brehrettes keep bad company, we are too slow in cutting off negative influence whether from family or friends and we allow ourselves to be caught up in other people bad decision out of racial solidarity.
