Deloitte type gig?

Yeah, that's a massive gamble, especially with kids.

In the same boat, where I'm done with the job, grind, go transit commute, but I don't have an alternative right now

I'm such a generalist (Product/Project Manager), have been in the financial sector for damn near 15 years (no college education btw), so worked my way up to Sr Mgmt level. As much as I hate it, I have 2 young toddlers and can't jeopardize their future.

Wife is a Project Mgr as well, so both if us have that corporate demand and associated pressures:beli:

Godspeed breh; hope you find what you need:salute:

You should get your pmp breh

Thought about it. Looking at agile certs right now

certs are where its at for folks without fancy education

change management is also where its at and you can get a certification in 5 days just that it's xpensive around 3,500

currently working on my data science cert
then going to get all the six sigmas
then my pmp

have a garbage useless post secondary crap that I won't even add to my resume once i finish all of this

Yeah the change management methodology is picking up at my company. Have seen a few folks on my project teams with their Prosci cert.

But $3500:damn:

prosci and apmg are both good but so pricey though

actually my bad 3,750 for a 5 day course apmg cmp certification
4,400 for a procsi cmp certification 3 day course :damn:

but the benefits are :wow:, i know someone who got it last year and before they struggled to get interviews for entry level jobs, now they are getting senior consultant and manager interviews

Certs are the present and future

Seems like a lot of you put your "Dreams" on hold because of your children.

Makes one wonder if they should even have kids, or if that early
