It's a nice place?

I hope so! It's under construction - so it's just a hole in the ground at the moment haha but the first two condos are up and people have moved in - they're nice - loft style with exposed concrete ceilings. There will be a Metro grocery store at the base of phase I and they already have a Royal Bank (my bank - so very convenient) plus the ground floors will be reserved for live/work small art studios, artsy shops, cafes etc. it's going to be really nice...with a big urban park and pedestrian walkway. Amenities will be nice too - not over-the-top, but a rooftop terrace, party room and fully equipped gym.

I just checked up on it. Starting 200s for a loft? That's sick. It's a nice area too. They probably gon wanna turn it into another Liberty Village/Cityplace

Yah - it's not typical, but not unusual. I'm still at the office now. I should get my ass off Coli and wrap-up and get home lol And where in Jamaica? I love it out there.

Yep - mid $200's for studios

For sure - it will definitely become its own little community.

ive only been to two clubs in my life, both were in cuba.

i can walk 5 seconds up the street and see wonderland, can drive to vaugahn mills in 2 minutes west, can drive to dave n busters in 10 south, can buy my apples frm a apple orchard 5 minutes north, my vegetables from a real live farm 5 minutes north

Do it! Margaritaville on a Fri and Jungle on a Sat in Negril. So much fun.
