Oh, I know...I have been working in the real estate world for almost 10 years now...it's crazy! Prices have increased so much...my parents bought their house for less money than my condo and my condo is MUCH smaller *sigh* but that's why I had to jump on it cause in 5 yrs or so, they're going to become even less affordable

yeah its ridiculous, unless you go to like hamilton , barrie , or meth city oshawa and whitby home ownership is especially if you are a single person

Nah that place cleaned up from a few years ago, I literally drive by there all the time.

Places like Sherbourne and... Anything. Bleeker, Moss Park, Pape & Gerrard, Kingston Road VP and Danforth those are your real disgusting crack dens.
