Places like Sherbourne and... Anything. Bleeker, Moss Park, Pape & Gerrard, Kingston Road VP and Danforth those are your real disgusting crack dens.

You dont go by the right times then. VP/Kingston is white as hell thats Beaches territory. Just white people walking their dogs

Yah - I need to be in Toronto (not burbs) for work...I have meetings all over Toronto and my office is here and I work late sometimes...events until 10 pm - so if I'm pulling 12+ hour days, I can't be driving to the burbs after (especially not in the winter)...so I'm glad the opportunity was there because I knew I didn't want to rent forever.

Oh, I know...I have been working in the real estate world for almost 10 years now...it's crazy! Prices have increased so much...my parents bought their house for less money than my condo and my condo is MUCH smaller *sigh* but that's why I had to jump on it cause in 5 yrs or so, they're going to become even less affordable

That's the game though, these runners are really how a lot of nikkas infiltrate those fukked up police infested crack spots like Sherbourne. A stupid ass runner will do all the dirty work and re-up off you 9-10 times a night And they are definitely not snitching because they get out on rehab programs if they get pinched.
