Like these homes (Brampton, Ajax and Whitby) would be a 800-a mill in your area but look at the big ass price diff

milton is a little too cookie cutter for me; all the subdivisions look the same; lack of anything interesting for my taste
are they widening derry to accomodate the growth? havent been up there in a while
did a quick check of mls, and looks like along derry, semis are 430-490; detached over 500...less than Sauga, but not by much

The problem is sauga ain't building....ain't no room
Milton's still got plenty of land, huge potential. My in laws live in London, my bro in law bought in milton 6 months ago, I got fam in Guelph, and I'm an etobicoke kid, milton is perfect
Plus with these prebuilds I hot a year to save up my 20%, can't do that anywhere else out west

Some of those properties are a bit too close to home, literally just down the street.
Those houses, like Sewells RD and whatever.
The area next to the MT Pleasant Go Station is developing really really fast, some new houses being built there.

A couple campion nikkas tried me on my way home for my iPod nano.
I threw one of them nikkas down and chased them back to the school, went home after. One dude with the long dreadlocks I could never forget, and they had those tan campion uniform pants
A week later, we found where they stay at hoped out of the car with bats and bandanas, all covered up. I told the dreadlocked fakkit specifically not to try me again Roughed them up then hopped back in.
