lol why would i lie for, i live in woodbridge a million dollar house is nothing really around these parts
You don't have to prove anything to me.
Just seems suspicious that someone would post a house for sale and would hold the property so close to the chest.

The biggest thing in selling a home is marketing it so that it gets a lot of views and offers.
Seems counter productive to keep it a secret.

Best of luck though.

What difference would it make? You're selling the place anyway.
And your realtor is going to post the property online for strangers.

:manny:

:wtf:

yeah im going to post my exact house on teh coli for people to google and get my phone number and my government name

t-dot till they bury me
drive 15 min further on the 401, save hundreds of thousands of dollars

seems like a decent option
:manny:

milton is a little too cookie cutter for me; all the subdivisions look the same; lack of anything interesting for my taste :manny:

are they widening derry to accomodate the growth? havent been up there in a while

did a quick check of mls, and looks like along derry, semis are 430-490; detached over 500...less than Sauga, but not by much

to each his own :salute: on the purchase

housing prices in the gta make you :wow:

i remember my parents buying their first house for a bungalow for like 150k 20 years ago. Then hell when i moved to vaughan in the early 2000s thornhill that was considered posh and they spent like 350k and it was a big ass 3,000 sq foot mansion

in ten years 350k can just get you a condo now

I just bought a house in Milton yesterday, put my deposit down on a Mattamee pre build

got priced out of my own hood

:to:

but for real though, i got a 2 story, detached, brand new 2000 sq feet house for under 500,000....and milton is fukin booming

plus its right off the highway...james snow and 401;..takes me 20 min to get back to the block (weston/dixon)

People actually move to Halton?

lol why would i lie for, i live in woodbridge a million dollar house is nothing really around these parts.

I never understood how shyt like that goes for a mill. I mean it's nice and all. I would think 700 tops. I understand the price of real estate is high in the GTA
