Those are decent houses. Something like that in Toronto would be at least 600. Anyone know the prices of homes in Durham?
Mississauga have the same type of demographic as Brampton?
Seems every time people I know leave housing they move to either Brampton, Pickering or Ajax. You never hear about them going to Richmond Hill, Sauga,etc.
prob will have like 525k after lawyer fees etc.
dont know for sure if selling or how much itll get, just that i get half
thinking of renting out the basement as well
Either stay in the crib and have it increase it's value more til you can make more (don't know how much of an increase it will be in 5 years from 525) or sell it and with all that money put 10-25% down payments on a bunch of downtown pre-construction condos.
