Minnesota was real cheap at one point. The African community got in and built themselves up and became well established in the local community.

Alot if not most of the Africans in Oakland, Iowa, ND/SD, and Arizona started out in Minnesota

Met a brother from Windsor , he left the matrix (15years ago) and got a nice upptiy cafe

I know a guy who left Guelph and now has a 500K house in Minnesota and owns a gym there.

The Canada Carbon Rebate (formerly the Climate Action Incentive Payment) will land in Canadians’ bank accounts on Monday. Most Ontarians will receive at least $140 per quarter from the carbon price rebate, up from $122 last year thanks to a boost to the rebate in April

these dumbazzes thought that little cut would have any impact. Wow your big azz mortgate will be like 30 dollars less a month

ahh so the govts there are still doing this small and/or lateral moves with big announcements that actually do nothing while the problem festers.... typical.
