I don’t think anyone is hating it’s more so bringing in this many muthafukkas with no clear PLAN.

The government is doing this to drive down wages, drive up profits for big corporations where these immigrants work and to prop up housing. We don’t have the infrastructure to be bringing in that many immigrants to the city in the midst of a crippling house crisis. Adding hundreds of thousands of people to an already dire situation is downright ludicrous and damn near criminal.

When my grandpa came here back in the 60s from Guyana he was basically recruited as he was a skilled tradesmen in carpentry and Canada needed those at the time. He wasn’t coming here to work at McDonalds and live in a 6 bedroom with 20 other people. shyt is out of control breh and not comparable to our first and second waves of immigration to Canada. This is much more sinister.

If you have to find reasons to be mad at immigrants that's racist. And it's no different than any other period in time. We have the second biggest country in the world and only 38 million people.

These immigrants pay taxes. The same tax money we would lose without them because we don't have children.

They come from a place they can't just fly back to on weekends, bust their asses, and create better situations for themselves.

We could migrate as well. But we think our shyt don't stink, and that migrating is below us

Immigrants aren't new to Canada, and they aren't here to screw anyone. Canada will collapse without them.

Most of these international students come to diploma mills, live in an apartment with 3-4 other people. Work 40 hours at mcdonalds or doing uber eats. And then they get a pr and sponsor and bring over their elderly parents who reap the benefits of the cdn healthcare system without ever paying taxes etc.

Canada grew faster than any other g7 country last year. But like i said where are the services? Where are the housing, where are the new hospitals etc.

Good luck finding a family doctor, good luck going to emerge and not waiting 8 hours, good luck finding a specialist. Good luck finding a decent job if you are unemployed, good luck finding affordable housing. It doesn't matter how big canada is land wise when most of is unhabitable and majority of immigrants go to big cities.

None of us here is mad at immigrants, we mad at our government for flooding the city with HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of people - close to a million - yearly in a malicious way with no plan or solutions to the problems we currently have but are just adding to insurmountable issues that will have to be addressed at some point.
