TBH, I've never seen Canada's immigration policy and real estate being exposed to the level it is today. I think everybody woke up to how trash the Canadian system is, and I don't think many have the same love for Toronto like they used to. I can't recall the last time we've heard this many down about the country and Toronto.
The funny thing is, I know most countries would put a freeze or restrict immigration if it's gotten to a level where they can't handle it. I still don't understand why we don't at least due a merit-based system like getting skilled workers in sectors where we have a low supply.
