Yeah there was a deal the CRTC passed that made it so specialty channels no longer had to adhere to their intended programming. It was phased out. Thats why CMT went from country to shows, same with Much. Youtube killed ot man.not even CMT plays music (note: now they just play old sitcoms)

nah old techno was my shyt as a kid. I was way too young to be in them clubs but the whole shyt looked fun as hellelectric circus was dope, I wasn't even into that type of music but just the whole vibe and atmosphere and they had sexy dancers as well
