Yeah there was a deal the CRTC passed that made it so specialty channels no longer had to adhere to their intended programming. It was phased out. Thats why CMT went from country to shows, same with Much. Youtube killed ot man.

these nikkas have a whole stage on the first floor and space outside the front of the studio that they could have used to broadcast a renewal of electric circus. If only they brought that back
