Why is it neith the americans or canadians haven't mandated and subsidized the production and distribution of N95 masks within the first few months of this pandemic. we woulda had numbers like korea and them countries who based their interventions on science.

I went to UK in september and you could just log in and order for free a rapid testing kit and have it sent to any address and get it in 2 days.
