The Roma/gypsies definitely do this. It’s grown since Canada allowed for visa-free entry for all EU citizens including Romania and Bulgaria after the EU free trade agreement. At the time they didn’t want to give them the free entry because they overstay their tourist visas, but Romania threatened to block the agreement if they didn’t get it.I remember in the early 2000s the Star did some expose about some polish lady who was pretending to be homeless and panhandled all day, they tailed them to her Benz at the end of the day and she lived in a big house in Markham somewhere
Now you their presence is visible, they often had signs claiming they’re Syrian refugees. They’re smart as hell, I bet they’ll adjust to claiming they’re Afghan now

Yeah I used to work in the legal field and like 95% of refugee claimants that were denied were romas
