as someone said. The police is here to protect a certain demographic from black people/natives. When they wrote all these laws, you think there was input from black people? I doubt it. There's an election next summer and Ford is extremely weary of getting backlash on COVID.
Seeing how a lot of people are acting with some of the highest vaccine rates in the world, I have no confidence it will change at 90 percent. Even if Province proposes to relax restrictions youll see a big freakout from the bluecheck Twitter doctors and the opposition. OLP/ONDP know COVID is Fords biggest political weakness right now and will try to compare him to Kenney even though Ontario has never been as relaxed as the West.

Ontario is reporting a substantial week-over-week drop in the number of new COVID-19 infections today with fewer than 700 new cases confirmed over the past 24 hours.
Provincial health officials logged 677 new cases today, up from 463 on Wednesday but down significantly from 864 last Thursday.
The seven-day rolling average of new infections dropped to 665 today, down from 732 one week ago.
Ont. reports 677 new COVID-19 cases, 7 more virus-related deaths
B-b-but David Fisman and Ryan Imgrund say schools are unsafe and will lead to a huge wave.

Never going out to a protest or anything like that with these dudes, but the policy is still stupid and pure theatre.
Some percentage of people got PTSD from COVID and can never relax, even with full vaccination. This policy is to comfort them, nothing else.
That thinking is flawed.
It is like saying those racists need water to live, so I'll cut the water off, when in reality we all need it.
Those that are against the covid vaccine passports, and the mandatory vaccinations are not all "racist people", you guys really gotta see the big picture here.
